15 years as an entrepreneur leading several companies. In parallel, running an association of around a hundred business leaders, and supporting executives and project owners on a daily basis.
Cockpits grew out of that experience: bringing together in one place what really matters to steer and run a business, flagging what shifts, and offering a few paths forward, without ever deciding in your place.
